How to Email all  Members

Anything you put on the community message board is emailed to everyone.

You can download the email addresses of the Message Board members from Google Groups for other purposes, like inviting people to an event. 
If you follow the instructions below, we'll create a .CSV file with a list of your group member's email addresses. You can then download the file and keep it for your records.
  1. Go to the Message Board.
  2. In the upper right corner, click Manage.
  3. Near the top right corner of the page, click Export Members.
  4. Open the Excel file that downloads and Click the "A" column.
  5. Copy this column and paste it in the "To:" section of your email.
